Where integrations live

Integrations live inside Workspace Settings so account connection feels like workspace configuration instead of a separate operational product area.

This is where you connect Meta and supported CRMs like Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, monday CRM, Keap, and Close, and review the current status of those connections.

Meta connection basics

Meta connection is used for campaign launch and asset selection. Once connected, you can review available ad accounts, Pages, and related assets under the Meta section.

If the workspace loses permissions or account access changes, reconnecting Meta refreshes that connection.

CRM connection basics

SideKick can send supported leads to connected CRMs including Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, monday CRM, Keap, and Close. Each CRM connection is managed from Workspace Settings.

Once a CRM is connected, the workspace can deliver eligible lead submissions into that CRM destination. monday CRM also asks you to choose the board where new lead items should be created.

What to verify after connecting

After connecting an account, confirm the status shows Connected and review any available destination or sync information inside Workspace Settings.

  • Connection status is Connected
  • Workspace is the correct one
  • The CRM should receive eligible Meta Lead Form submissions
  • Recent sync or delivery activity looks healthy
