How performance reporting works in SideKick

Performance reporting in SideKick is focused on campaign outcomes and delivery visibility, not replacing your CRM reporting.

What the Performance area is for

Performance is where you review campaign results without mixing those views with CRM pipeline management. That keeps the reporting clean and aligned with SideKick's role as a campaign platform.

Use the Performance area to understand how campaigns are behaving, compare launch outcomes, and spot areas that may need optimization.

Metrics you will typically see

Campaign metrics can include spend, clicks, CTR, CPL, leads captured, and campaign-level delivery outcomes depending on the launch path and connected systems.

For Lead Form campaigns, you may also see useful CRM handoff indicators such as delivered or failed delivery counts by provider.

What Performance does not replace

Performance helps you understand marketing outcomes, but it does not replace your CRM for longer-term sales pipeline tracking.

If you need to see whether a lead advanced to later sales stages, use the connected CRM where that process is managed.
