What happens to leads
For Meta Lead Form campaigns, SideKick captures the form submission, normalizes the data, keeps the delivery activity visible in your workspace, and sends it to the connected CRM destinations for that workspace.
Your connected CRM remains the place for deeper pipeline stages, follow-up ownership, and long-term customer management.
Note: If multiple CRM providers are connected for a workspace, SideKick sends eligible leads to each connected provider and logs each delivery independently.
